Renovation of the Casa Vera Cruz Preschool

Renovation of the Casa Vera Cruz Preschool

Civilria partnered with Mapei and Revilaf to renovate the preschool facilities of the IPSS Casa Vera Cruz, resulting in a more colorful space that is also thermally better suited to the needs of the approximately 150 children who use it.

The initiative also aimed to raise awareness of such projects, sparking the children’s curiosity in civil engineering and architecture.

Civilria Christmas Club

In the year Aveiro was the Portuguese Capital of Culture, Civilria gifted the city with the return of the Christmas Club and its bandstand – for which it was fully responsible for the entertainment.

Countless concerts and activities turned the bandstand into a collective stage where everyone had the opportunity to shine, sharing their talent with the community.

Additionally, Civilria organized a solidarity initiative that raised €3,000 in support of the Calioásis organization.

Civilria São Silvestre de Aveiro

As part of Civilria’s commitment to promoting physical activity and a healthier lifestyle, we supported the latest edition of the São Silvestre race in Aveiro, which took place on December 7, 2024.

Civilria partnered with Mapei and Revilaf to renovate the preschool facilities of the IPSS Casa Vera Cruz, resulting in a more colorful space that is also thermally better suited to the needs of the approximately 150 children who use it.

The initiative also aimed to raise awareness of such projects, sparking the children’s curiosity in civil engineering and architecture.

As part of Civilria’s commitment to promoting physical activity and a healthier lifestyle, we supported the latest edition of the São Silvestre race in Aveiro, which took place on December 7, 2024.

Civilria Lighthouse Run

Civilria partnered with the Ílhavo City Council and NT Wellness Sports Solutions to support the race, which took place on October 20, 2024, near one of the region’s main tourist landmarks – the Barra Lighthouse.

By sponsoring this event, Civilria seeks to strengthen its commitment to supporting impactful activities that promote health, physical activity, and resilience.

Campaign to Support Wildfire Victims

Faced with the vulnerability of the inland population who, after the devastating fires of October 2017, saw their homes, farmland, and animals vanish in just two days, CIVILRIA joined the solidarity movement supporting the affected victims in the municipality of Vouzela and donated 20 tons of feed for cattle and goats.

Civilria partnered with Mapei and Revilaf to renovate the preschool facilities of the IPSS Casa Vera Cruz, resulting in a more colorful space that is also thermally better suited to the needs of the approximately 150 children who use it.

The initiative also aimed to raise awareness of such projects, sparking the children’s curiosity in civil engineering and architecture.

International Children’s Day

On June 3, International Children’s Day was celebrated in the gardens of Cais da Fonte Nova, an event organized by Litoral Magazine in partnership with the Aveiro City Council and sponsored by CIVILRIA. More than five thousand children attended, and as in previous years, CIVILRIA supported the social cause by donating to the local children’s institution, Centro Social e Paroquial de Nariz.

Aveiro’s Ovos Moles Take the Shape of a Monument

CIVILRIA supported the construction of the monument honoring Ovos Moles, a gastronomic icon of the city of Aveiro. Over the past few years, the Confraternity of Ovos Moles of Aveiro has carried out several fundraising initiatives to support the creation of this monument, with the backing of eight companies from the region.

Civilria partnered with Mapei and Revilaf to renovate the preschool facilities of the IPSS Casa Vera Cruz, resulting in a more colorful space that is also thermally better suited to the needs of the approximately 150 children who use it.

The initiative also aimed to raise awareness of such projects, sparking the children’s curiosity in civil engineering and architecture.

CIVILRIA supported the construction of the monument honoring Ovos Moles, a gastronomic icon of the city of Aveiro. Over the past few years, the Confraternity of Ovos Moles of Aveiro has carried out several fundraising initiatives to support the creation of this monument, with the backing of eight companies from the region.

Civilria was one of the three sponsors of the first edition of the Canals Festival, which took place in the city of Aveiro from July 13 to 17. The event showcased culture, sports, music, educational workshops, and street arts, featuring performers such as Aurea, Deolinda, Dengaz, Gisela João, and others.

In 2016, Civilria once again fulfilled its social responsibility by making a donation to the Centro Infantil de Eixo, an institution selected by the Aveiro City Council, as part of the International Children’s Day celebrations. The event took place in the gardens of Cais da Fonte Nova.

In 2016, Civilria was one of the main sponsors of the Aveiro City Half Marathon, which took place on April 25. Through this support, Civilria actively contributed to a more dynamic and healthier city.

New York City Half Marathon

Civilria supported the participation of athletes from Aveiro in the New York City Half Marathon, held on March 20, 2016. Once again, Civilria helped ensure that Aveiro made its mark beyond national borders.

In 2015, Civilria supported the Gala that celebrates the merit and excellence of brands and personalities from the Litoral region of the Vouga River Valley, with a primary focus on the cities of Aveiro, Ílhavo, Águeda, and Albergaria.

In 2015, as part of International Children’s Day, Civilria, in partnership with other brands, supported a free event for all children held in the gardens of Cais da Fonte Nova and made a financial donation to the Centro Infantil da Casa do Povo de Oliveirinha. The event welcomed over 2,000 children.

In 2014, Civilria paid tribute to the Aveiro swimmer Atita, known as the “Shark of the Seas,” with a graffiti mural. The artwork was created by the artist Fábio Carneiro.
