Carmim was conceived through a direct and continuous dialog with its surroundings, where architecture opens itself to the landscape and integrates it into the living experience. Generous balconies and large openings extend the interior spaces outward, creating a fluid connection between home and nature. More than a building, it establishes itself as an active part of its context, strengthening the bond between its residents and the surrounding environment.

Our intervention goes beyond the building, incorporating a public park that enhances Ribeira da Granja and reinforces the relationship between architecture, landscape, and the city. Pedestrian paths, seating areas, and leisure spaces structure an environment that promotes a calm and sustainable lifestyle.

More than a green area, this park represents another step in Civilria’s commitment to territorial enhancement and the quality of public space. We return to the city a place for gathering and leisure, in a deep connection with nature — a gesture that reinforces Carmim’s collective dimension and its integration into the urban layout.
